A brand new HP package unit, delivery, set up, skirting, steps, kitchen appliances, and a pad! (Unless stated otherwise!)
Do the homes have any warranties?
Yes! All of the brands that we sell have a one year bumper to bumper warranty. As well as, a 5 year AC warranty! (10 if you register online)
what if there is something wrong with the home aFter it is delivered?
That is not a problem, because every home comes with a 45 day punch list where you get to live in the home and make a list of anything needing to be repaired and we will take care of it.
what is your turn around time?
Our turn around time is different for every customer and depends on whether they need just the home, or improvements as well. Give us a call for a rough estimate!
do you offer other improvements?
We actually offer anything you’d need between closing and moving. That includes well, septic, power, hook ups, permits, and much more! These are an additional cost, but we would be glad to help. Just ask!
How long will it take to order a home?
This will depend on the brand you are interested in. It could be as little as 5 weeks. Just give us a call to find out!
